We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on stock availability and location. Typical delivery times are:
In-stock items: 3–10 working days
Made-to-order sofas: 2–6 weeks
You will receive confirmation of your delivery date once your order has been processed.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Process:
Our delivery team will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date and time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item.
On the day of delivery, the delivery team will call you upto 1 hour prior to delivery.
Access Requirements:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the sofa can fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts. Please measure your space carefully before ordering.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a redelivery charge may apply or the product will be left outside the proerty.
Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, we may charge an additional delivery fee to rearrange delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your sofa upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Pictures will be taken of delivered items within the room of your choice for proof of delivery.
