By purchasing from this website you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.

We sell a range of different type of sofas and related products.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product colours may vary depending on screen settings. Product finishes may slightly vary.

All product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible but may contain minor variations.

3. Pricing & Payments:

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

We accept payment via purchasing through this website or cash/card payment on delivery (orders by telephone/Whatsapp or email).

Orders are confirmed after successful payment processing through this website or, payment by cash/card on delivery, a £99 deposit will be taken via telephone call / message / email.

Once deposit of £99 has been received, order will be confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your order.

If you, the customer decide to cancel the order at anytime prior to and on the delivery, the £99 deposit is non refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.

If we at Crown Sofas UK cancel your order, the £99 deposit and any payments made will be fully refunded.

4. Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and location.

We at Crown Sofas UK offer a delivery service and setup in your, the customers room of choice.

Delivery charge from £99, location dependent unless there is a reduced offer available.

Risk passes to you, the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes only once full payment has been received.

We at Crown Sofas UK are not responsible for delays caused by third party delivery providers.

We aim to deliver your sofa within 10 working days from order date.

5. Sizing:

When choosing a sofa, it’s important to make sure the size fits comfortably in your home. 

Start by measuring the space where the sofa will go, including the width, depth, and height, and allow extra room for walkways, doors, and other furniture. 

This helps ensure the sofa doesn’t overwhelm the room or block movement. Also consider how the sofa will be delivered into your home. 

Check doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts to make sure the sofa can be brought in easily. Our team is always happy to help you choose the right size sofa for your space, so you can enjoy maximum comfort without compromising on style or practicality.

Our Made-to-Measure sofas are non refundable due to customers choice of size and colour. We will be happy to help if this situation occurs.

6. Cancellation & Returns:

Under the consumer contract regulations 2013:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from date of order. To exercise this right, contact us at crownsofasuk@gmail.com
• You must notify us in weighting by email (crownsofasuk@gmail.com) of your intention to cancel your order.
• Returned goods must be unused and in original condition. 

Custom bespoke made-to-measure orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation of order or receivement of returned goods. An additional charge may apply unless the product is faulty or damaged.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If your sofa arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damages, or as soon as reasonably possible for faults.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website including text, images, product description, graphics and logos are the property of Crown Sofas UK.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland. In the event of any disputes or claim arising out of or relating with these Terms of the sale of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England/Wales or Scotland.

The parties agree that the courts of England/Wales and Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matter.
